The fear of "others"!

This is what one extremist said

"Millions of infiltrators have entered our country and are eating the country like termites.

Should we not uproot them?" Who said that ?

The fear of "others" is a powerful and dangerous emotion that has been used to justify some of the most horrific acts of violence and oppression in human history. There are many examples of groups who have been targeted by this fear, including immigrants, refugees, and people of different races, religions, and ethnicities.

The fear of "others" is often rooted in prejudice, ignorance, and a lack of understanding. It can be fueled by economic anxiety, political opportunism, and a sense of insecurity or loss of control. When this fear is left unchecked, it can lead to scapegoating, discrimination, and even violence.

There are a number of things that we need to do to address the fear of "others" and promote a more inclusive and just society. These include:

Educating people about the diversity of human experience and the commonality that we all share.

Encouraging dialogue and understanding between different groups of people.

Promoting policies that are fair and just for all people, regardless of their background or identity.

Standing up against intolerance and discrimination whenever and wherever it occurs.

It is important to remember that we are all human beings, and we all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We should strive to create a world where everyone feels safe and welcome, regardless of their background or identity.
